Star Wars Battlefront 2: “Bigger and Better World"

Posted by Nur Hazelien Shahira 06/03/2017 Console News,

Star Wars: Battlefront 2 is predicted to be a hit title on PS4, PC, and Xbox One and the release date is speculating to be officially revealed in this coming April during Star Wars Celebration. According to EA CFO Blake Jorgensen, Star Wars: Battlefront 2 will be bigger than the first chapter and will feature “a lot of characters” from the Star Wars movies. “The Star Wars universe is just unbelievable to build games in because it's so vast. So, it’s very exciting,” Jorgensen added.

During the announcement nothing much details about the sequel are revealed and Jorgensen was also failed to give the exact examples of which heroes and villains from which movies will be added into this game. He also teased an upcoming Star Wars title, adding that: “We’ve got a Star Wars action game, which is very open; it’s great to explore in a Star Wars universe. Part of the action genre is all about that exploration.”

In Star Wars: Battlefront 2, players will be taking to more locations which allow them to play in more heroes and characters role across multiple Star Wars eras which bring users to a different track of the story. In additions, Battlefront 2 will feature a single-player campaign; it definitely will be new ways to play. It looks like the developer is tweaking the campaign that failed to deliver in the first game and this campaign is to be said as one of their priority in the sequel.

Since the EA CFO, Black Jorgensen did not specify the movie as well as the character to be added in this new sequel, many of the fans presuming and expecting the “dramatically larger” “bigger and better world” that has been reiterated referring to The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi and Rogue One. EA also has announced that this sequel will be expanding the offline content than before; users have more selection of offline content. Anticipate a full reveal of Star Wars: Battlefront 2 at Star Wars Celebration where is scheduled on April 13-16.
