Today, Destiny 2 will be released on Playstation 4 and Xbox One and we've summed up some important things before you start playing.
An important choice is to either play Destiny on PS4 or Xbox One, since Activision once again partnered up with Activision which only means one thing: a lot of Playstation-exclusive content and it will take some time for the exclusive content to be available for Xbox One users and PC users.
There will be six strikes on the PS4 version and five strikes on the PC and Xbox version
On PS4, there will be a set of legendary armor for each class: the Terra Concord for the Titans, the Tesseract Trace for Warlocks and the Icarus Drifter for the Hunters.
The City Apex ship will be only available for PS4 users. Also, the Borealis (sniper rifle) and Retribution (crucible map) will be only on the PS4. When these items will be available on Xbox is still a question but this could even be after 2018.
When you start playing it may be wise to consider which class to play with. Should you be a Hunter, Titan or a Warlock. All three classes have their own strengths. Which class should you pick?
If you are looking for a middle way, Warlocks seems just right for you. The warlocks offer stability and utility to the group and is specialized in elemental damage in all sorts.
Also, the Warlocks have abilities like Healing Rift and Empowering Rift, which deals with boosting statistics of your team members.
The Hunter is the most flexible class, meaning very quick and agile and mostly use side arms and pistols for attacking.
One important ability of the Hunter is the Golden Gun Super Ability and is very lethal in PvP mode.
A good way to unlock special gear for the Hunter is to do quests for the leader of the Hunters which is Clayde-6.
The Titan is the more heavy class of the three and able to do damage with the most biggest weapons in the game. Their armor is the most robust but they are also the slowest class. This is of course encountered by their heavy fire power.
If you are in need of nice gear, Commander Zavala is the one you need as a Titan in Destiny 2
Should you decide to go and play by yourself it doesn’t really matter which class you pick.
While Destiny 2 is releasing world-wide, Bungie still warns that players may not be able to access the game immediately, unfortunately. So, you may have to wait in line before you can actually play the game.
