GAMEHYPERMART GENERAL FAQ

Q : Where is your shop?
A : We do not have a retail or physical shop! We are actually an operating merchant that works from an office that is located in Bangsar South, The Vertical.

Q : What time do you open?
A : Since we are working from an office, we follow the norm in working hours! We open from 9:30am - 6.30pm on weekdays and are closed during weekends and public holidays

Q : How much is the shipping rate?
A : Shipping rates can be as low as RM5.90 (Penisular Malaysia) and RM9.90 (Sabah & Sarawak) depends on the product weight and size.

Q : Can I self-collect my items? Will my shipping fee be refunded?
A: You may opt for a self-collection upon making the purchase via our website or on other marketplaces. However, the shipping fee is non refundable due to it being digitally charged under our system. (since we do not accept cash payments)

Q : I need to change my shipping address, how do I do so?
A : You may contact our Customer Support Hotline (+603 2242 4992) or email us at support@gamehypermart.com and we will assist you from there! (Please contact us immediately to avoid complications)

Q : Is this item available/in stock at the moment?
A : Items are subject to availability between us and the supplier. Some items require back-to-back order, which may take some time.

Q : How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
A : We usually ship the item of purchase on the same day if the purchase is made before 3pm daily during weekdays, in which is between 2 - 5 working days.

Q : How long is this promotion running?
A : Most of our promotions are while stocks last and based on ‘First Come First Serve’! 

Q : Do you accept trade-ins?
A : Unfortunately we do not accept trade-ins at the moment.
